Explore how the code embedded in DNA is translated into a protein. The process of converting the information in DNA into protein is a two-step process, involving transcription and translation. In transcription, an mRNA copy is made of the DNA. In translation, the mRNA travels to a ribosome, where tRNAs bring the matching amino acids together to form a protein.
