With this application students are encouraged to reflect on their collaboration skills. To do so, this application uses principles of joint reflection (peer assessment and discussion). Reflection is facilitated in three steps: 1) assessment 2) evaluation 3) goal setting.

Collaboration skills are translated in concrete criteria; the RIDE criteria. RIDE stands for Respectful collaboration, Intelligent collaboration, Deciding together, and Encouraging. All RIDE criteria are summarized in the app.

The RIDE is normally used for small groups of students collaborating.  These groups can be defined using the Collaboration Tool (https://www.golabz.eu/app/collaboration-tool).
