Apps are dedicated software tools that help students in their inquiry learning tasks and help students to create hypotheses, design experiments, make predictions, formulate interpretations of the data, etc. Other learning apps present students, for example, with a quiz or allow students to view online teacher feedback. The apps can be combined with an Online Lab to create an Inquiry Learning Space (ILS). Learning Analytics apps give teachers an overview of students’ progress in the ILS.

If you select apps in Indonesian, the descriptions on this website will still be displayed in English. However, when you include the app in an ILS and change the language setting of the ILS to Indonesian, the app will be displayed in Indonesian within the ILS.

This tool shows the teacher what the students have done in the other apps included in the ILS. For each app, you can choose to view the content created by all the students at once or by each student separately.

The Data Entry tool lets learners enter results in a table. As a  teacher you can define the columns of the table or leave that up to the learners. The learners can then use the Data Viewer to visualize the results.

The Data Viewer lets learners visualise the data (that most often will come from experiments). Data can be visualized in different ways, e.g., as a bar chart, scatter plot, or line chart. As a teacher you configure the source of the data set.

This app allows students to upload files, e.g., assignment and reports, to the Inquiry learning Space. The app also allows teachers to download the uploaded files.
