The project is implemented within the ACES (Academy of Central European Schools).The purpose of the project was to make the partnership between institutions: schools, the health institutions, home (family),teachers and parents aimed at acquiring habits among students to prevent student health.After the project,  12-week program was implemented for the prevention of diabetes. The results concluded that emerged positive lifestyle changes and health condition.
