This ILS aims to guide students to learn more about the balancing rule through inquiry learning. The main learning goals for students are:

1. to find out the rules about how the weight and sitting positions of the people affect the balance of a seesaw

2. to apply the balancing rule in practical use

 

Prior Knowledge Requirements

Basic knowledge about multiplication and division
Basic knowledge about that the weight of people can influence the balance of a seesaw
