Inquiry Learning Spaces (ILSs) are personalized learning resources for students, including a lab, apps, and any other type of multimedia material. ILSs follow an inquiry cycle. Inquiry cycles can differ but the basic Go-Lab cycle consists of the phases Orientation, Conceptualisation, Investigation, Conclusion, and Discussion. The aim of an ILS is to provide students with an opportunity to conduct scientific experiments, being guided through the inquiry process and supported at each step.

This page presents ILSs created by teachers or the Go-Lab and/or Next-Lab team (and often in co-creation), on a large set of domains and in many languages. You can create ILSs starting from an online lab, but also copy and adapt an existing ILS with the help of the Go-Lab authoring platform. Visit the Support page where you will find demo-videos, tips & tricks, and user manuals, that explain how to work with the Go-Lab authoring platform and how to publish your own ILS once it is finished.

Application about Ohm's law
ILS about kinetic and potential energy in conservative and not conservative field.
Students explore why there are seasons on Earth, why not all places have the same seasons and why the northern and southern hemisphere have opposite seasons.
This lesson is about electrical circuits (translation of the space 'Elektrische Circuits').
Neste ILS os alunos irão refletir sobre a relação entre abelhas e humanos e investigar sobre que fatores humanos podem afetar as abelhas de uma forma positiva e/ou negativa.
In this ILS student's will reflect about the relationship between humans and bees and research the possible human factors that affect bees in a positive and in a negative way.
This is the third of three ILSs about light. In this ILS the HTML5 Phet lab “Bending light - Prisms” is used. The same female avatar as in the previous ILSs about the Colour of light and Refraction 1 guides the students during the ILS.
This is the second of three ILSs about light. In this ILS the HTML5 Phet lab “Bending light - Intro” is used. The same female avatar as in the Colour of light guides the students during the ILS.
This is the first of three ILSs about light. In this ILS the HTML5 Phet lab “Color vision” is used. A female avatar guides the students during the ILS. The first part is about the fact that we can only see things when light is shining on them.
